Found Baja Appliance Solutions through a quick online search when my LG washing machine just decided to stop spinning. Living in Irvine, CA, I needed someone local and quick. Took a chance on these folks, and wow, what a relief. They were on time, which is rare, right? The tech seemed to know his stuff—didn't waste time chatting endlessly, got straight to work. Turns out, it was something with the motor, super common. He had the parts ready (Christmas in July!). No runarounds or trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Fixed everything up, and the price wasn’t a shocker, which was nice. Had my doubts at first, but their service changed my mind. Honest, reliable, not something you find often.
